Staying balanced in Mind, Body and Spirit is a continual process. Thankfully there are a lot of wonderful aides and angels to help us.
I was so excited when my ‘Perfect Size Banner’ arrived in the mail this week from The Munki House. It says “Wake-Pee-Meditate.” Soooo cute! A gentle reminder to keep me on track first thing in the morning.
My second aide is a fabulous breakfast. Also know as break-fast, after 8-10 hours of no food while the body heals and repairs. Every morning, it’s ‘Our Raw Date Nut Bread’ with ‘Artisana Coconut Butter’ and ‘Our Raw Raspberry Jam’. This routine sets a pleasant tone for the whole day no matter what lays ahead. You can use other fruits for the fruit jam, but this one has won my heart as my all time favorite. And oh sooo easy to make! The easiest way I’ve found to get phytonutrient rich fruits into my diet.
Heres the recipe so that you can make it.
Raw Raspberry Jam
- 1 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
- 4 organic dates soaked over night
- 1 tablespoon raw agave
Put the dates and raspberries through the Omega Juicer into a bowl with the blank on. Then stir the agave in. Stores in a jar in the fridge for about 5 days. Or, to keep ahead, make some and keep it in the freezer.
Sooo yummy! You’re going to want to put it on everything!
