It’s not our imagination. The wheat we eat today and feed our children has changed dramatically. It’s a genetically hybridized strain of high-yielding dwarf wheat created in 1970 by a genetic engineer. Our Raw Super Antioxidant Jam Recipe
- Omega juicer with blank on
- 1 cup berry blend
- 5 dates soaked over night
- 1 teaspoon raw agave
Feed the berry blend and dates through the juicer into a glass bowl. Add agave and stir. Store in a glass jar in fridge for a week. Stores well in the freezer for up to a month. Enjoy!
