Joez and I just returned from a two week vacation in Encinitas, a coastal town in San Diego. We lived there a while back for 10 years. The years have passed, but thanks to our Raw food diet, we can still put on our wet suits, grab up a boogie board and pound through the surf. When we catch the perfect wave, we glide to shore, and begin again. It’s a wonderful world and I am glad to have the health and energy to enjoy it.
