As effective Holistic Health Coaches it’s important to be mindful that the season is changing. Many of our clients have spent months hiding under puffy coats, high boots, scarfs and hats. There is a great degree of safety to all that head to toe clothing.
Spring and Summer mean flowers and birds return, but it also means we will be showing more skin. Confidence can slip when the layers of bulky clothes come off. For women, this can be a time of vulnerability and even panic. To serve our clients better, it is important to know what they think, what they worry about and when they worry so that we can be the agents for peace of mind. The interview-questionnaire is an unintrusive tool to begin the process of understanding where your client wants to go when they work with you.
The Shopping Trip: A New Way Of Looking at Food
Most diet plans rely on starvation and deprivation to shed pounds, dropping blood sugar like a rock. This throws the body into hunger emergency mode….the result is we can’t stop thinking about frickin’ food….binging and craving for crazy things becomes the result.
