It’s easy to be overwhelmed when you’re trying to get yourself back into balance. One of the best ways to begin is to do it in steps. A great first step is to join a ‘Raw and Vegan Food MeetUp’ that is loving, kind, fun and supportive. One that doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable about the pace you’re going at. Because…..Meet-Up is a place to, well… ‘meet-up’! Hang out, share, feel connected, meet new people. Eat fabulous raw living foods, discover new foods and new ways of looking at the world of eating.
MeetUp is a place to bring a dish to share, grow community, a place to experience the first step, or to get support month after month, year after year.

And as you can see from the picture I am posting of Sunday’s MeetUp, we are all foodie’s who love to eat healthy food together. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to everyone who attended and for bringing so much joy to a room.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN HUNTING FOR A MEETUP
We know it can feel like a brave move to step out of your own home and join a group of strangers. If you are an old hand at this life style, or a newbie to the journey, the first requirement should be finding a group that is welcoming and inviting. One of the rules of our group is we don’t ask you what you eat when you’re not with us. That’s no way to begin a friendship! We just want you to have a good time, eating the healthiest foods on planet Earth.
After 10 years of hosting Albuquerque’s ‘ABQRAW Vegan MeetUp Group’ we have 714 members. Last year we made the decision to transition into a Mostly-Raw Vegan MeetUp to explore together all the ways to eat raw living foods and make our group more inclusive.
